What is REALM™?

It’s a modern, singular and mobile–first front-end Multi-List Platform environment that takes the best from the Stratus MLS® platform including Stratus Collaborate (a private, invite-only, real-time, communication portal for clients and colleagues) and GeoWarehouse®, to offer an unparalleled experience. By combining the three systems, enhancing the capabilities and adding new features supported by the most innovative Multi-List Platform back-end architecture (REALMiQ), REALM puts all the information Real Estate Sales Professionals need to conduct their real estate business in the palm of their hand.

The front-end is the user interface that Real Estate Sales Professionals will use to add/edit/search their and other listings within the Multi-List Platform (MLP). REALM simplifies workflows. and enhances collaboration by offering a secure, real-time communication portal with tracking and analytics, all on a mobile device.

REALM is supported by our back-end platform as announced earlier in the year, now named REALMiQ (previously known as AMP). REALMiQ leverages innovative technologies that allow for ongoing development and enhancements that enable flexibility and continual innovation and can power any MLP front-end of choice.
