What is REALM™?
It’s a modern, mobile–first platform that takes the best from the Stratus MLS® platform, Stratus Collaborate (a private, invite-only, real-time, communication portal for clients and colleagues) and GeoWarehouse®, to offer an unparalleled experience.
Why would I use REALM?
REALM offers search features and functions, market analytics, historical listing details in addition to a secure, real-time communication portal that empowers you to use authoritative data on the market in a more transparent and collaborative manner in your real estate transactions.
How do I access REALM?
If you are a real estate sales professional and your real estate board has subscribed to REALM, your board will provide you information on how to access REALM.
If you are working with a real estate sales professional who is using REALM, they will send you an invitation to connect with them in REALM. Using that invitation, you can access REALM through the desktop version or you can download the app through your app store and search “REALMMLP”.
Once you are a confirmed subscriber or have been invited to REALM, you can download the REALMmlp app for iOS or Android to your mobile device. The REALM Assistant will get you started and help you set up your profile. When you use the app, you will be able to login using biometrics.
Is REALM only available to TRREB Members?
No. TRREB and TRREB partner board Members will be the first real estate board across Canada to experience REALM.
If I have the Collaborate app on my device, can I use it to access REALM?
No, the Collaborate app and REALM app are separate. If you launch Collaborate, you will be redirected to the REALM app. You will be required to download the REALM app (iOS or Android) and launch that to access REALM. You can also access REALM via desktop at app.realmmlp.ca.
Where can I sign up for product updates and communications from REALM?
REALM has a built-in dashboard that houses important information regarding your board, business and the platform. You can access the dashboard through the resources button.

Can I access my GeoWarehouse® account?
Yes, you can continue to use GeoWarehouse® but the land registry information has been embedded into REALM to help streamline your work flow and save you time. The information you would normally source from GeoWarehouse® has been migrated into REALM.
Will there be training provided for REALM subscribers?
Yes, there are various types of training sessions that are offered. The robust REALM training curriculum includes virtual options for brokerages.
- The REALM Assistant: built-in walk throughs to help guide you on how to use all the key features and functions.
- Resources Hub: access help articles, tips & tricks videos and tutorials.
- Training Specialists: hosts live virtual or recorded sessions on specific topics.
How do I sign up for REALM training?
There are options to attend additional training and weekly drop-in sessions. To access these sessions, watch for emails from your board with more information. For training support, please contact us at help@realmmlp.ca.
How do I access REALM support?
There are several methods of support. Within the app, there are two main support areas:
- The REALM Assistant: share feedback and inquiries through the “Submit Feedback” button, as well as search through the “Help Documentation” tab to see support articles relevant to the page you are on.
- Help Button: located in the Profile section, that you can access it by clicking on your avatar on the top right-hand side. Select the Help button to launch a full knowledge base that you can access
